📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items, provided that:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• The item was purchased directly from Research World.

• A valid proof of purchase is provided.

Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and regulatory reasons.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product error, damage, or defect on our part.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@researchworld11.free.nf

Include your order number and photos of the package or product so we can resolve the issue quickly.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, the following cannot be returned:
